At a Court held for the County of Sáµ’ton the 12th day of September 1793 This Will was presented in court by Wm Simmons & Edwin Simmons, the Exors therein named & proved by the Oaths of James Butts & Jo Vick the witnesses thereto and Ordered to be recorded And on the Motion of the said Exors who made oath according to Law Certificate is granted them for obtaining a Probat thereof in due form giving security whereupon &c. I give to my two daughters Elizabeth Hart & Ann Hart each of them a feather bed & furniture at my death --- I lend the residue of my Estate to my well belov'd wife Lucy Hart during her widowhood -- Item: At her death or Marriage to be apprais'd & Equally divided by the Appraisment [sic] between my three children Benjamin, Elizabeth and Ann.
